Global event, June 1st
New Delhi, June 03, 2017: In 2001, the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) selected June 1 as World Milk Day, which celebrates the important contributions of the dairy sector to sustainability, economic development, livelihoods and nutrition. The Global Dairy Platform will be coordinating global celebrations on June 1, 2017. We hope to count on all of you to join in by organizing your own World Milk Day event.
